Free MLB Player Prop Bets for 6/9/21: MLB Picks Odds, and Predictions

It’s a full slate of games across the MLB on Wednesday and there is plenty of value across the board in terms of MLB player props. Let’s take a look at the best MLB player props to make your Wednesday a winning one.

Pete Alonso to record 3+ hits (+700)

Pete Alonso has a juicy matchup and he is going to record at least three hits in this game and with the +700 value, it’s too much to pass up. Matt Harvey gets the start for the Mets and he currently sits with an ERA of 6.52. Alonso is coming off a game where he had two hits and he is going to improve upon that in this game. Alonso will finish with at least three hits.

Tony Gonsolin under 4.5 strikeouts (+105)

Tony Gonsolin is making his first start of the season after spending the first few months of the season on the injured list. The Dodgers are going to try and be careful with him in this game and it wouldn’t be shocking if he finished with three or four runs. Look for Gonsolin to finish with under 4.5 strikeouts.

Matt Harvey over 3.5 strikeouts (-120)

Even when Matt Harvey gives up plenty of runs, he does find success striking out players. In two of his last three starts, he has had at least six strikeouts. Two starts ago against the Chicago White Sox, he only went three innings, but still finished with six strikeouts. Look for Harvey to finish with at least four strikeouts.

Fernando Tatis Jr to hit a home run (+375)

I wish these odds were a little higher, but there is still plenty of value with Fernando Tatis Jr to hit a home run. On the mound for the Cubs is Jake Arrieta and this isn’t the same Arrieta as years past. On the season, Tatis Jr has hit 17 home runs and he is going to hit at least one long ball in this game.
