Giannis Antetokounmpo Probable Against Nets

The Milwaukee Bucks provided an update ahead of their contest with the Brooklyn Nets on Sunday, noting that two-time Most Valuable Player Giannis Antetokounmpo is probable.

Giannis has been dealing with a right ankle sprain that kept him out of the Bucks’ last game against the Chicago Bulls. Although Giannis is probable, how much playing time he’ll get remains to be seen.

That could mean increased usage for Bobby Portis against the Nets. Portis has been effective when given the opportunity. In his most recent start, Portis dropped 16 points to go with 14 rebounds, one assist and two steals, equalling 43.3 FanDuel Fantasy Points, his second-highest output this season. Based on numberFire’s projections, Portis is expected to put up around 22.7 fantasy points in Sunday’s contest.

Sunday’s game will be the Bucks’ third game over the last four days. They lost to the lowly Houston Rockets in their first game before trouncing the Bulls as -1.5 favorites.
