Carlik Jones leads the Cardinals in scoring and assists with 17.4 PPG and 4.9 APG to go along with 5.6 RPG while David Johnson has 13.1 PPG with 6.1 RPG and 3.4 APG and Jae’Lyn Wither has 10 PPG with a team-high 7.6 RPG to make up the trio of double-digit scorers for                                                                                                                                                                      Louisville so far this year. Samuell Williamson also has 9.6 PPG with 7.5 RPG for Louisville this season. As a team, Louisville is averaging 69.5 PPG on 45.2% shooting from the field, 31.9% from 3-point range and 72.3% from the foul line while allowing 64.2 PPG on 40.1% shooting from the field and 30.9% from 3-point range this season.

Syracuse is 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games overall and 1-4 ATS in their last 5 road games while the over is 5-1 in their last 6 games against a team with a winning record. Louisville is 7-3-1 ATS in their last 11 home games against a team with a losing road record while the over is 5-1 in their last 6 games against a team with a winning record. The favorite is 5-1 ATS in the last 6 meetings between these two teams.

I get why you could make the case for either side here as Syracuse has stepped up the offense this year and the zone defense is always an equalizer for the Orange. On the flipside, Louisville is still really talented and has a solid roster and is also really dangerous at home. With that said, I’m going to side with the under as I just have the feeling that this game plays out to a game that stays in the 60s on both sides and doesn’t get very close to hitting this number in the end.
