Three NBA Player Prop Bets to Target on Sunday, June 13

We have two more playoff games scheduled for Sunday. The action gets underway with Game 4 between the Nets and Bucks, and the Bucks will be looking to even the series before it heads back to Brooklyn. Then, we have Game 4 between the Suns and Nuggets, and the Nuggets will be fighting to stave off elimination. They’ve been embarrassed in their first three games vs. the Suns, but a team with their backs against the wall can always be dangerous. Overall, it’s a great day to look for some value in the player prop market.

Player props can be useful in multiple ways, from taking advantage of them straight up (to the tune of cold hard cash) or to measure a player’s potential to produce in daily fantasy basketball. Here we’ll focus on utilizing our projections and a slew of other tools to help make money betting player props.

For this article, we are using the odds provided at FanDuel Sportsbook to pinpoint spots where value can be had tonight.

Please note that betting lines and our game projections may change throughout the day after this article is published.

KHRIS MIDDLETON OVER 4.5 ASSISTS (-110)

Expect a lot more offense in Game 4 between the Bucks and Nets. These teams ranked first and second in points per game during the regular season, but they combined for just 169 points in Game 3. The total on this game sits at 228 points in Game 4, so there should be much more scoring on Sunday.

Middleton racked up just one assist in his last contest, which makes him an interesting buy-low target. He averaged 5.4 assists per game during the regular season, and he’s unsurprisingly playing more minutes during the playoffs. He’s averaged 7.3 potential assists per game during the postseason, so he has the potential to hit the over in this contest.

FACUNDO CAMPAZZO UNDER 2.5 ASSISTS (+220)

The Nuggets have been basically uncompetitive in their first three games vs. the Suns. They’ve lost all three games by at least 14 points, so they’ll be facing elimination in Game 4. They adjusted their rotation in Game 3, and one of their biggest changes was playing Campazzo fewer minutes. He played just 17.8 minutes, which put him behind Austin Rivers, Monte Morris, and Will Barton in the guard rotation.

With that in mind, I like the idea of rolling the dice with the under on Campazzo’s assist total in Game 4. He did average 3.6 assists in just 21.9 minutes per game during the regular season, but the playoffs are a completely different beast. Nikola Jokic should have the ball in his hands in virtually every possession, and Campazzo is not the kind of player who can thrive off the ball.

JAE CROWDER OVER 6.5 REBOUNDS + ASSISTS (-113)

This line seems fair on the surface. Crowder has averaged 6.6 rebounds + assists per game, and he’s hit the over on this prop just once in three games vs. the Nuggets. That said, I do think he has the potential to do it on Sunday. He played 33.5 minutes in Game 3, and Crowder averaged 9.0 assists + rebounds per 36 minutes during the regular season. As long as the Nuggets can keep this game competitive – which is not a guarantee – Crowder appears to be due for some positive regression in those departments.
